🔁 Return & Refund Policy
✅ Eligibility for Refund
We accept returns and offer refunds in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
⚠️ Conditions for Refund
- You must raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof to claim a refund for damaged or incorrect products.
💰 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
🚫 Cancellation Policy
🕒 Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, email us at support@pawzo.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
❌ Cancellation After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.
- If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you may follow the return process outlined above (if eligible).
ℹ️ Important Notes
- We reserve the right to decline a return/refund request if the product is used, damaged due to customer handling, or returned without valid proof.
- Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind or delay by courier (unless unreasonable).
