At Pawzo, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Cancellation policy carefully.


🔁 Return & Refund Policy

✅ Eligibility for Refund

We accept returns and offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product

⚠️ Conditions for Refund

  • You must raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof to claim a refund for damaged or incorrect products.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).

🚫 Cancellation Policy

🕒 Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, email us at support@pawzo.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

❌ Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you may follow the return process outlined above (if eligible).

ℹ️ Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to decline a return/refund request if the product is used, damaged due to customer handling, or returned without valid proof.
  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind or delay by courier (unless unreasonable).
